“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”1 Corinthians 2:9
The year 2019 will be The Year of a New Birth where NEW MIRACLES will happen. What our eyes have not seen, our ears have not heard and what has not entered our hearts are the things that will be prepared for those who love Him!
For us to experience new miracles, God wants us to do these three things as we enter 2019. First, live according to the Word of God. If we want to have abundant joy and peace, Isaiah 48 writes that we have to pay attention to God’s commands. Psalm 1:1-3 says for those who delight in the Word of God and meditate on it day and night, everything that they do will prosper!
Second, pray, praise and worship the Lord often in unity day and night. This means live in intimacy with the Lord, walk with the Lord closely. And third, only hope in the Lord. Don’t rely on other people or on our own strength.
If we do these things in 2019, then we will experience new miracles. We will also experience the following: 1) We will have a new strength. We will run and not grow weary, walk and not faint; 2) We will be those whom the Lord is pleased with; and those who please God will not fall although he may stumble because the Lord upholds them in His hand; 3) The Lord’s eyes are set upon us. He will instruct, teach and guide us in the way we should go.
There is one more thing that God wants us to do at the beginning of 2019. Proverbs 3:9-10, “Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine.” This is the firstfruit. God has instructed us for the past few years to give our firstfruits. Firstfruit is the income or profit we receive in the first month of 2019, January, which is offered to the Lord. When we are obedient in doing so, our “barns” will be filled with plenty until it is abundant.
We are also entering the era of the Third Pentecost. The Third Pentecost is the great outpouring of the Holy Spirit that will take place nowadays and will result in the last and greatest harvest of souls before Jesus comes for the second time. That means His coming is approaching fast! There will be a new generation – Jeremiah generation. This generation will love Jesus to death, they will be filled with the Holy Spirit and they will not compromise with sin.
Let us welcome 2019 with joy and full of hope because our God is a living God. Amen and God bless.
