I READ: Philippians 2:1-18
One of many ways we can let our lights shine in this dark world is by having unity with other children of God. How can we become united? When we start prioritizing others rather than our own selves (verse 4), when we humble ourselves before others (verse 6-8), and when we avoid confrontations amongst each other (verse 14). When we are committed, unity can be expected in the midst of God’s children. Sacrifice is crucial in order for us to carry this out. When we are willing to do these things, the Word of God says that He will bless us extraordinarily. The Word of God states that whatever we sow, we will also reap. When we sow kindness towards others, then our lives will be satisfied by the Lord with His love and blessings.
I DECLARE: Philippians 2:2 – … fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
