THE MIND OF CHRIST

I READ: Philippians 4:1-9

Let us rejoice, give thanks and not worry about all the things that are going on in our lives. Apostle Paul taught the congregation in Philippi, in order for them to be able to be joyful and give thanks, their mind needed to be filled with the mind of Christ. He taught them to only think about what is righteous, holy, just, sweet, and deserving of praise. Let go of all the negatives in our mind as it will only weaken our faith. When our faith is weakened, it is difficult for us to be joyful and be thankful. When our mind is filled with Christ, it will affect our spoken words. We will speak good, just, joy, praise, and blessings. We shall keep declaring the Word of the Lord and lift up our spirit and faith.

I DECLARE: Philippians 4:8 – Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.

I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
