I READ: Psalm 5:1–4; Psalm 130:2
In the book of Mark, there was a blind man by the name of Bartimaeus. He cried out the name of Jesus to get His attention. Even though the people around him became irritated with his yelling, he did not stop. Instead he cried out all the more. The Word of God says that it wasn’t that God was not attentive. His ears are always attentive to the voice of His children. The Lord knows our voice and He never ignore us. He is waiting for the right time for us. If maybe these days we are waiting for answers from Him and we are crying out to the Lord and it seems as if He’s not listening to us, strengthen our faith and believe in the Word of God. Our God is not deaf, but on the contrary. He is sensitive to hearing our prayers.
I DECLARE: Proverbs 15:29 – The Lord is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous.
I DO: What action am I going to take after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
