PRIORITIZING GOD

Daily Verses: Mark 12:28-34.

Key Verse: Matthew 6:33: “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”

We need to always test our heart whether Jesus Christ is still number one in our lives. Often routines and good conditions in our lives will cause our love for Him to fade. If one’s love for Christ has faded, it is often replaced by something else. The law of love is clear in that we need to love our God with all of our heart, understanding, soul, and strength. Based on this law, it is also clear that we need to love and prioritize (make Him #1) God in our lives. The lord has promised that if we put Him first, everything that we need will be added to us according to Matthew 6:33. Someone who does what Matthew 6:33 says will never have a stressful life but will be able to enjoy his/her life and be able to flow with God. In reality, there is not a single human being that can tackle all of their problems with their own strength. The best answer to our problems can be found in Jesus Christ. If we love our God with all of our hearts and prioritize Him, He will bless and act for us until the end.

God’s eyes will always be on those who put Him first in their lives.
