PRAY WITH FAITH AND DILIGENCE

I READ: James 5: 16-18, 1 Kings 18: 42-45

Elijah was a normal human being just like all of us, but there’s something special that we can learn from his life. Elijah’s prayer shook the Heavens and the Earth. He could tell the rain to not come down for three and a half years, and he could also tell the rain to come doing heavily in an instant. Amazing! This happened because Elijah prayer wholeheartedly, with faith, and he didn’t pray wearily. To experience God’s amazing anointing in our lives, we need to pray. Set aside sometime each day for God; to pray, to worship, and to meditate and declare His word. Wait for God’s anointing diligently in your prayers. Make a commitment to set aside some time for God each day. Our prayers need to be lifted up with faith and certainty that God will answer them. Elijah prayed diligently and continuously until rain fell upon Israel.

I DECLARE:  Ephesians 6: 18: And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

I DO: In everything that I face these days, I will bring it up in prayer diligently, with faith, and I will not stop praying until God answers my prayers.

I PRAY: I will pray at the Prayer Tower and pray for Washington DC, all of America, my workplace, my school, and other places around me so that those places can experience God’s anointing.
