I READ: Romans 12:9-21
Living in peace is one of God’s will. Our Father in Heaven attempted many ways to create peace with human. In the Old Testament, the priest was a peacemaker for the Israelites who gave offering as a sacrifice to redeem their sins. In the New Testament, Our Father sent His only Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sin so He can be the peacemaker between sinners and Our Father in Heaven. As God’s church we must set an example to live in peace/harmony. As children of God, we must be peacemakers, which means no matter where we are, we can reconnect broken relationships and live in harmony with the people around us. When the world sees that we can live in harmony, they will be attracted to be a part of our community (filled with God’s children).
I DECLARE: Matthew 5:9 – Blessed are the peacemakers , for they will be called children of God.
I DO : What action am I going to take after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY : Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
