I READ: Psalm 42: 1-5, Psalm 1: 1-3
David’s Psalm stated that our vehement desire for God is like a deer who craves running water for when it is thirsty it seeks the stream of water endlessly until it finds it. Is our yearning for God that immense that it moves us to pray and praise Him until we meet Him and are able to feel His presence? The same question can be asked in regards to our longing for the word of God, is it still the same as the first time we graciously experienced the Word of God in our lives? Is the word of God still in our heart’s desire, or has boredom overcome that experience and personal encounter? Let us long for the Lord all the days of our lives.
I DECLARE: Psalm 119: 81: My soul faints for Your salvation, but I hope in Your word.
I DO: What actions am I going to take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: I pray for God’s anointing at church services. Also, pray for Pastors and ministers who will do ministry in the church today.
