I READ: Colossians 3 : 1 – 11
As children of light who believe in Jesus, we are new creations. It means our lives have been transformed into something new in Him; starting from our spirit, heart, mind and our lifestyle. We are no longer bound and concerned by worldly affairs. Instead we focus more on the affairs of the Kingdom of God. When we start to focus on heavenly matters, the Lord will work our worldly matters, Matthew 6:33. It is righteous for us believers to focus more on our relationship with our Lord, ministry, harvest of souls and restorations. Our fleshly desire, worships of other gods, greed, anger, foul language, deceit, they all have to be out of our lives as we are living under the glory of our Lord.
I DECLARE: Colossians 3:1 – 2 – If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit
