LOVE DOESN’T REMEMBER SOMEONE’S FAULT

Daily Verses: Matthew 6:9-15

Key Verse: Matthew 6:15:” But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”

We have to be able to forgive and not keep remembering the fault of others. Learn from Jesus Christ who have forgiven our sins and trespasses. When we confess our sins, there is not a single sin or mistake that is remembered by the Lord. Once the Lord forgives, he also forgets. In contrast, the devil always reminds us of all our sins and mistakes. In terms of forgiveness, we have to follow the example of Jesus and not the devil. Someone who remembers someone’s fault cannot love sincerely. Also, if a person keeps others’ faults in their heart, it will make him/her judge others easily. With the slightest mistake, there will be judgment. The word of God says that He does not look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. That is why we have to keep our heart clean and free of things that are negative that are not pleasing to Him. Let’s live in peace with others and be a blessing for many people.

Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.
