LOVE

I READ: Galatians 5:22-23, 1 John 4:7-12

The world has a law called give and take. The law can be summarized into something like if you love me then I will love you back or it can also be I love you because of a reason. However, if you hurt me then I cannot love you. Imagine how hard it is to love others like Jesus, who loves us unconditionally or it’s also known as the agape love. The Word of God says that if you do not love, then you do not know God. We need to pray diligently and ask to be given a heart that is filled with God’s love and to be able to accept others regardless of their shortcomings. Love will get rid of all fears and will enable us to forgive others. Love will also give us peace in our heart, motivate us, and allow God’s blessings to fall freely. Let us live a life full of love so that the world can see Jesus through us.

I DECLARE: 1 Corinthians 13:1 – Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.

I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
