I READ: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, Proverbs 17:22
The Word of God says that a happy heart is a medicine. If we rejoice then it will heal all of our sicknesses. A joyful person will surely give thanks. Joy and thanksgiving cannot be separated. Do not look at the magnitude of our problems because it will be difficult for us to rejoice. Instead, we should focus on our great Jesus and all of the miracles that He has done in our lives. Believe that if God has helped us in the past, He will come back to help us now. His promise that He will always be with us until the end of time will always be our part.
I DECLARE: Proverbs 17:22 – A merry heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones.
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit
