I READ: Psalm 25: 12 – 15
Based on many stories in the Bible we can draw a clear conclusion that we will have a fulfilling life when we have a good intimate relationship with the Lord no matter how many challenges and trials we face. Noah was saved from the great flood because he had a relationship with God, Genesis 6:9. Enoch was raptured by God and never saw death because he lived an intimate life with the Lord, Genesis 5:24. Isaac was intimate with God and he was blessed abundantly in the foreign land of Gerar, Genesis 26. Abraham was very intimate with the Lord and God opened up to him the secrets of His heart, Genesis 18:17-19. Joshua and Caleb experienced victories and renewal strength in their old days to possess the Promised Land because they were intimate with the Lord. Are we going to be part of the group of people mentioned above, who have a good intimate relationship with the Lord God and experience success/victories in our life? Let us draw closer and strengthen our bond with the Lord these days.
I DECLARE: Psalm 42 : 2: My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?
I DO: What actions am I going to take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
