GO

Daily Verses: Matthew 28 : 18-20, Isaiah 6 : 8-9

Key verse : Matthew 28 : 19a : Go therefore…

This week we will learn about the great commission of the Lord Jesus and evangelism. Before Jesus was ascended back to heaven, He gave a very important message for all of His disciples. That message also applies to all of us because we are His disciples at the end of this era. His message is written in Matthew 18:19-20. There are four (4) messages that He wants us, His children, to do while we are in this world. Today, we will learn together his first message, and that is: “Go.” The Lord longs for everyone to GO and to harvests many souls for God. To spread the gospel and bring them to believe in the Lord. Do not be afraid for God is with you until the end of the age, Matthew 28:20. The Holy Spirit will anoint us and gives us wisdom and power, so we can testify and evangelize. The great commission is God’s first command. Because this is a command, it means we must do it fervently. It is not an option, instead it is a requirement for all children of God.

The time is near, God is coming soon. Go boldly and testify to the nations about God’s love and grace.
