I READ : Deuteronomy 7 : 9-15
As children of the Almighty God we often experience His blessings and goodness. Our God is a faithful God who always keeps His promises. How about us? Our faithfulness is brittle and faulty. It is brittle because it is short lived, it depends on our current situations and conditions. When it is favorable to us, we are faithful and when it is unfavorable, our faithfulness dissipates. As believers, it is imperative to give thanks for He is faithful to all His promises. Perhaps He hasn’t answered our prayers, we have to keep believing because He will keep His promise. Although we are not always faithful, God still gives His unconditional love for us.
I DECLARE : Psalms 91 : 4 : He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
I DO : What actions will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY : Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
