I READ: Deuteronomy 6:3-9
The Word of God in Deuteronomy reminded the Israelites to teach the Word of God diligently to their children. They have to communicate it all the time and everywhere they go. Whether they are at home, on the road, before they lay down and when they rise up in the morning. They have to bind the Word of God as a sign on their hands and foreheads. They have to post them on the doorposts of their houses. What does this mean for us? we need to keep the Word of God in our hearts always. We can’t neglect it and we need to declare it continuously all the time, wherever we are. When we declare the Word of God, our faith will grow and we will be in a better place and we will be blessed abundantly (verse 3).
I DECLARE: Psalm 119:105 – Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit
