I READ: Isaiah 61
As God’s Church in the end times, He anoints us with an anointing that enables us to do His will. The anointing we receive will also change our bad character. When the anointing of the Lord descends upon a person, then there is the ability to change that person according to the will and plan of God. The goal is to be able to take part in God’s great work. Therefore, we need to ask God to anoint us every day, so that our lives can be changed each and every day. When God anoints us, the Holy Spirit will enable us to bear the character of Christ, Galatians 5:22-23. Our former character that is not good will be changed to a better character.
